It probably wasn't an album, but it was damned well some flame joints. Most rappers drop an album or so every few years. Maybe two years or something in between. You have to remember, Joe Budden doesn't do the typical mixtapes. His mixtapes are something like albums, you know? They all have original production. I mean, I'm something like a rapper and I can tell you that it's hard to find the right beats these days when most producers on that Atlanta-dick-ride-the-south shit, you know? Let them niggas do what they do and find your own style. That's just what Joe Budden did. I feel like he makes music because he truly enjoys it. It's not just a check to him.
